Full cycle simulation
The method study and feasibility phases are followed by the now very important simulation phase, which cannot be disregarded if certain results are to be achieved more quickly.
The aim is to simulate a stamping process as close to reality as possible in order to drastically reduce the number of set-up interventions in the press die test phase.
We use Autoform software to simulate the entire stamping cycle, which allows us to detect stamping problems, breaks, aesthetic defects and wrinkles in advance, to optimise loads and to compensate surfaces on the basis of calculated springback.
